Job Summary

A company that owns and operates skilled nursing facilities is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nurse Recruiter in the Western Region.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Recruiting/marketing strategies to find licensed nursing staff
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle to include sourcing, evaluating and coordinating the interview process
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline external top candidates for future openings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Up to 20% travel
  • 3-5 years Recruiting experience in an in house role within Health Care organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree
