Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Nurse Reviewer in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating and intervening concurrently and retrospectively for level of care
• Initiating actions and participating with Patient Financial Services payor teams
• Tracking, monitoring and documenting denial causes and resolutions

Qualifications Include:

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
• 5 or more years of clinical nursing or related experience
• Experience in evaluation techniques, teaching, hospital operations, reimbursement methods, etc
• A working knowledge of utilization management and patient services
• A working knowledge of Medical and third party payor requirements and reimbursement methodologies
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire
