Job Summary
A provider of home health testing products has an open position for a Remote Nurse Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Split time - roughly 50% training and support and 50% handling current Nurse responsibilities
- Lead new hire training classes
- Contribute to the content of the clinical training materials
Position Requirements Include:
- Licenced and currently Registered Nurse skilled at providing exceptional patient centered care
- Proven excellent leadership skills and genuine ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff
- Ability to resolve conflict and settle issues in a positive and timely manner
- Proven ability to bring a methodical approach to managing changing priorities and initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with Curriculum Developer and Clinical Experience team to ensure that clinical content accurately reflects standard practices and handling guidelines
- Ability to identify knowledge gaps and ensure training and support is available as needed
