Job Summary
A company that provides evidence-based information for the global healthcare community is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nursing and Health Professions Products Content Development Editor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Edit clinical content for point-of-care nursing & health professions content, requiring critical analysis, problem-solving, etc
- Apply best practices for editing web content
- Ensure readability, clarity, flow, and consistency of content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (English, Health Communications/Communications, Journalism, Education, or health-related field)
- 5+ years of experience with developmentally editing medical, nursing, or other health care-related content
- 5+ years of experience requiring excellent writing skills and critical thinking skills
- 3+ years editing/writing web content
- 5+ years of experience with MS Office Suite including Word (with use of track changes)
- Ability to apply independent thinking and analysis and to complete tasks under tight deadline and minimal supervision
