Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with course leads to develop NCLEX-style exam questions
Follow item-writing guidelines and examination blueprints
Provide rationales and citations for all response options and classify items according to Bloom's Taxonomy

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in nursing
Active, unencumbered RN license (compact license preferred)
Minimum 3 years of full-time RN clinical experience
Post-secondary nursing education and NCLEX item-writing experience required
