Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nursing Facilities Provider Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing tracking tools to ensure timely issue resolution and compliance with all applicable standards
  • Managing and directing the Provider Service staff including hiring, training and evaluating performance
  • Overseeing and leading the functions of the external provider representatives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years previous managed healthcare experience
  • 2 years previous supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Business related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience involving servicing Nursing Homes and skilled nursing facilities, integrated delivery systems, and ancillary providers with Medicaid and/or Medicare products
  • Previous experience with community agencies and providers
