Job Summary

A university has an open position for a Remote Nursing Program Next-Generation NCLEX Item-Writer and Subject Matter Expert.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing of original Next-Gen assessment items for PN and RN courses
  • Mapping of assessment items to AACN, NLN, Course Learning Objectives, & NCLEX
  • Collaborating with Nursing Division leaders and Learning Design Specialists

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor of science degree in nursing
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching pre-licensure nursing students
  • Next-Gen NCLEX item-writing training
  • Nursing curriculum development and assessment experience preferred
