A non-profit healthcare organization has a current position open for a Remote Nutrition and Diabetes Education Specialty Scheduling Coordinator in Portland.
Must be able to:
- Operate multi-line telephone system
- Schedule and coordinates patient appointments
- Obtain pre-certification/authorization from insurance companies
Position Requirements Include:
- Two (2) years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting -OR- administrative setting
- Extensive and excellent customer service experience
- High School Diploma -OR- GED -OR- equivalent education/experience
