Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Nutrition Senior Technical Advisor in Baltimore.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist headquarters, regional and country program staff to effectively engage with governments, partners (faith-based and secular) and donors
• Collaborate with technical advisors and staff from other sectors to design innovative and effective approaches that enhance nutritional outcomes
• Identify and share professional development opportunities with relevant staff

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel up to 30% required
• Master's Degree in nutrition, public health or health-related field required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in global health with 5 years overseas in multiple regions
• Deep understanding of nutrition technical concepts, and evidence-based nutrition specific and nutrition sensitive approaches
• Track record of successful business development with proven ability of capturing public and private donor funding and partners
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, training, mentoring, and coaching skills
