Job Summary

A home health care services company is filling a position for a Remote OASIS and Coding Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain subject matter expert knowledge of OASIS and coding guidelines
  • Ensure that coordination of support for assigned locations is provided following set guidelines
  • Monitor licensure and certification requirement status of direct reports

Qualifications Include:

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state in which they reside
  • Recent 1 year home care management experience with clinical focus
  • 1 year of supervisory/team lead experience
  • ICD-10 certification, and OASIS certification
  • Strong telecommunication skills
