Job Summary
An enterprise software support company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote OBIEE and OBIA Senior Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting client configuration and share best practice advice
- Managing one or more key assigned accounts as a single point of client contact and trusted advisor
- Solving complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Opportunities to meet up at fun company events
- 5+ years of recent technical work with Data Warehousing
- Minimum 10 + years relevant Oracle Technology experience
- Minimum 5 + years direct support of diversified implementations of multiple Oracle Technology products
- Demonstrable history of conceptualizing, architecting/designing, implementing and troubleshooting already implemented solutions
- Demonstrated experience upgrading, patching and tuning OBIEE environments
