A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Observability Lead Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Design and implement features and bug fixes for the services the team owns
• Help people on the team grow and further their careers
• Hire new people to join the team

Qualifications Include:

• Very good knowledge about a variety of infrastructure and general development topics, technologies, and tendencies
• Have worked in an environment that runs multiple services owned by different teams
• Understand that people problems, not technical ones, are the hardest to solve
