Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Observability Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Running meetings to strategize on scope, timeline, and tactical execution
- Communicating priorities and ensuring teams execute against them
- Documenting the problem statement, success criteria, proposed solution and work tracks for any given initiative
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with sales, support and marketing to bring a product to market
- Proficient at crafting detailed project plans in partnership with project leads and stakeholders, and communicating priorities
- Working knowledge of agile development and OKR frameworks
- Deftness in addressing both small and large audiences of varied disciplines
- Exceptional asynchronous and real-time communication skills
- Previous experience working in a SaaS business model
