Job Summary
An IT operations and business analytics solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Observability Sales Specialist Team Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead, mentor and influence a team of ITOps and DevOps Sales Specialist
- Work with the Theater DevOps & IT Ops Sales leaders to help identify, define and promote Observability sales standard methodologies
- Work with Senior Leadership in GTM /Sales Theater Leaders to drive success in Observability for our field teams and customers
Position Requirements Include:
- 12+ years of experience in the Observability space including managing a team of pre/post sales Observability
- Expertise in ITOps & DevOps and familiar with the big players in this space.
- Strong cloud knowledge and modern application architecture (micro-services).
- Experience as a practitioner and hands on technical chops within the space
- Experience sourcing and defining patterns and trends from field sales teams and theater leaders
- Worked and lead teams in a sales overlay role
