Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Obstetrics Case Management Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Contributing to the case management process
• Assisting members with scheduling appointments and locating physicians
• Assisting in determining the physical and mental health status

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel locally (minimal) within an assigned area is required
• Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in applicable state(s) is required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to use a laptop computer is required
