Job Summary
A consumer and commercial services company has a current position open for a Remote OCCC Pest Control Industry Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing and distribute all assigned quality reports
- Monitoring and scoring all types of customer interactions
- Providing daily review and evaluation of sales & customer service calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of call monitoring/QA experience
- 3+ years experience with document organization
- 3+ years experience managing data in spreadsheets, report development, and analysis
