Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is in need of a Remote Occupancy Management Transitions Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting or transitioning existing team members on the account
  • Serve as the transition and subject matter expert for OM scope, processes, tools, technology, and integration
  • Lead the effort of connecting the on-account team with the OM platform

Qualifications Include:

  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Minimum three years' experience in management with proven program management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and CAD/CAFM software
  • BA/BS from 4-year college or university or equivalent
