Remote Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary

An occupational health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Occupational Health Nurse .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing initial injury intake, follow up and case closures in accordance with Policy Procedure
• Providing employer and supervisor with updates regarding the nature and mechanism of injury as well as suggested level of care
• Serving as an advocate for the injured/ill worker

Required Skills:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a case manager in health care setting
• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to be trained in Case Management and Occupational Health
• Ability to obtain Occupational Health and/or Case Management certification within 2 years of employment
