Remote Occupational Health Nurse - RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Occupational Health Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in managing and overseeing medical and disability services
• Coordinate and manage the full spectrum of disability and absence cases, including Workers' Compensation and Short-Term Disability
• Act as the central clinical liaison to ensure seamless coordination of care among employees, management, and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Must have a compact/multistate RN license
• Case Management Certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of occupational health experience with 2-3 years as a telephonic nurse case manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
