Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Ocean Marine Renewal Underwriter.
Must be able to:
- Examine, identify, and evaluate exposures by analyzing documentation from various sources
- Implement underwriting decisions in compliance with state laws and company guidelines
- Execute underwriting strategy as determined by management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years progressively complex Ocean Marine specialty underwriting experience
- Ability to identify and describe the major perils insured under policies
