Job Summary

A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote OE Advisor Client Workforce Planner.

Must be able to:

Perform solution-based strategic thinking to enable the business to operate as lean as possible while minimizing risk
Complete monthly production cycle and analysis
Support periodic capacity planning reengineering projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of relevant related work experience required
Experience in financial/budget planning or workforce management, or 5+ years experience health care service operations
Experience in Worforce Management applications such as IEX, Aspect, Etc. Verint experience strongly preferred
Expert proficiency in MS Excel; proficiency in Minitab, Access or other statistical or database experience
Acute attention to detail, particularly with large volumes of data
