Job Summary

A workforce networking company has a current position open for a Remote Offboarding Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Being a direct contributor in a dynamic and collaborative working environment
Delivering training within the organization from time to time
Providing accurate and timely reporting to the Head of Offboarding

Qualifications Include:

A degree in HR, International Business, Finance, or Law is preferred
Knowledge of international payroll, immigration, compensation, employment, and tax issues
4-6 years of Human Resources, Staffing Operations
A clear ability to deliver negativity with empathy and humanity
Strong organizational, problem-solving, collaborative and analytical skills
