Job Summary

A staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Office Administrator and Bookkeeper.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing Quickbook profit and loss statements
  • Assisting in state and municipal business filings
  • Maintaining employee records

Qualifications Include:

  • ABA/BA in office administration or relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
