An employment solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Office Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring outside bookkeeper firm's execution of payroll and reports
- Preparing and submitting client invoices in consultation with project leaders
- Updating monthly budgets and other reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong Powerpoint skills with some design flair
- Quickbooks/ bookeeping experience
- Responsible, organized, self-starter, who can work independently
- Comfortable working remotely with a virtual team
- Good communication skills
