Job Summary
Supporting daily administrative operations, the full-time Remote Office Assistant will manage entry-level bookkeeping, assist with billing and reporting tasks, and maintain accurate company records in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails while resolving billing issues with clients and internal team members
- Complete entry-level bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and organizing receipts
- Support quality assurance checks for internal and client-facing reports and contribute to internal database maintenance
Required qualifications
- Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team
- High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to support administrative, bookkeeping, billing, reporting, and data entry tasks
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
