A full-service tax and accounting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Office Assistant and Data Entry Clerk.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing administrative and customer support across all departments
- Performing careful data entry
- Successfully managing multiple projects and priorities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or G-Suite
- Excellent time management, organizational, planning skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Tech Savvy, ability to learn new cloud based software applications quickly
