A company with a personality platform that provides insights on prospects and coworkers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Office Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing billing/invoicing and assisting with sales processes
- Conducting new employee onboarding and building healthy culture
- Performing new customer setup and conduct customer success initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in admin, operations, HR or support functions
- Proficiency in various software tools like CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and/or applicant tracking system systems
- Ability to step into many functional areas, follow a process, and execute tasks on a deadline
- Ability to communicate well with many different types of people, including colleagues, leaders, and customers
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to contribute to strong company culture
