Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Office of CEO Scheduler in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure excellent management over scheduling of CEO's daily meetings/calls/etc
  • Supports the Executive Assistant to ensure calls are prepped (e.g. provide briefing notes in advance) and staffed properly
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are made promptly, and resolve any issues that may arise

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience at scheduler/assistant level
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to handle confidential information and projects with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is a must
  • Good working knowledge of office practices and procedures
