Job Summary
A business service provider for trade businesses is seeking a Remote Office Solution Associate in Honolulu.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Verifying customer account information and updating any necessary information
- Interacting with other departments to resolve customer needs
- Scheduling appointments and service calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel for training as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic keyboarding skills (30+ WPM)
- Computer with 8GB RAM and 720TB of storage minimum
- Wired high-speed internet connection
