Job Summary
A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Office Supplies Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Assist customers with placing orders and contribute to increased company profitability
- Professionally handle large amounts of incoming calls
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend 4 week training class that begins July 27th, 2020.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Must be able to adhere to work regular work schedule
- Knowledge of using search engines
