Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning the prioritization and testing of new marketing channels
• Owning the targeting, creative, offers and performance
• Determining what we test and responsible for getting it live in the market quickly and to a high standard of quality

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience having owned and scaled at least one physical marketing channel at a high growth direct to consumer company
• Experience having owned a testing roadmap to identify what’s working and optimize for payback and scale
• Experience having operated in a fast paced environment and steadily taken on more responsibility
• Ability to build a solid business case and clearly articulate your assumptions
• Demonstrated understanding performance marketing: CAC, LTV, Payback
• Ability to identify your winners and create the roadmap to scale them up
