Job Summary

A medical services organization has an open position for a Remote Pharmacy Clinical Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing pharmacotherapeutic monitoring and provision of pharmaceutical care for patients
  • Supporting clinical pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care to patients by direct interaction
  • Educating clinical pharmacists, technicians, pharmacy students, post graduate trainees, and more

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Advanced degree required: PharmD
  • PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio or Board eligible
  • Board Certification in Ambulatory Care or Pharmacotherapy preferred
