Job Summary

A mental health care company has a current position open for a Remote Ohio Licensed Therapist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting the health care of an assigned member panel through a digital health platform
  • Coordinating care with the member’s healthcare team
  • Developing, implementing and updating care plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Licensed LCSW, LICSW, or Psychologist
  • A minimum of 2 years providing care for patients with mental health needs.
  • Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology and start-up culture
  • Tech- savviness
  • Confidence navigating multiple applications such as Doxy.me, Google Suite, ZOOM, etc.
  • Strong clinical background with in-depth understanding of factors affecting patient outcomes
