Job Summary

A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Oklahoma Licensed Collaborative Care Therapist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support and closely coordinate mental health care
  • Screen and assess patients
  • Monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Active mental health professional license (Ph.D., PsyD, ACSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent)
  • At least one year of post-graduate clinical work experience
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc)
  • Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EMRs
