Job Summary
A consumer electronics retail company has a current position open for a Remote Omni-Channel Store Experience Design Strategist Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and implementing the framework needed to coordinate a cohesive strategy across multiple workstreams throughout the organization
- Providing strategic and day-to-day guidance to designers and peers relative to the holistic in-store customer journey
- Creating informed holistic design strategies by leveraging partnerships with customer research, analytics and consumer insights as well as other key stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Visually compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates ability to document the customer journey and translate into 3-dimensional, physical environments
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sr. Experience Designer or 8 or more years in a design-related role
- 3+ years experience working in corporate retail or other large, multi-channel environments
- 2+ years experience coaching, mentoring or leading other Design and Strategy team members
