Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote On and Off Boarding Queue Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbound tickets to the level’s queue
  • Monitor and help team achieve SLA and KPIs
  • Actively assign Tier 1 xBoardings to agents in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • College degree from a four-year/two-year institution or relevant technical experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant technical experience
  • Must have experience on an IT service desk
  • Experience with Mac and PC devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic faulty hardware
