Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote On and Off Boarding Queue Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor inbound tickets to the level’s queue
- Monitor and help team achieve SLA and KPIs
- Actively assign Tier 1 xBoardings to agents in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- College degree from a four-year/two-year institution or relevant technical experience
- 2-3 years of relevant technical experience
- Must have experience on an IT service desk
- Experience with Mac and PC devices
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic faulty hardware
