Job Summary

A property maintenance services company is in need of a Remote On Demand Maintenance Troubleshooter and Dispatcher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Calling tenants to understand their maintenance issues
• Guiding them to fix issues over the phone
• Calling and scheduling maintenance technicians

Qualifications for this position include:

• You are a property manager or maintenance tech
• Ability to troubleshoot common rental property emergencies over the phone
