Job Summary
A technology learning platform provider has an open position for a Remote On Premises Implementation Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving continuous improvement into our processes and products
- Guiding both new and existing customers through high-level questions with technical expertise
- Working closely and collaborating with other technical leaders across the organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- You are capable of scheduled and unscheduled travel to potential domestic and international
- Extensive experience with Replicated is required
- Experience as a Managed Service Engineer, preferably at a managed cloud computing firm
- 2+ years using analytics services and tools including BI systems (Tableau, Domo, Qlick) and technology stacks
- 2+ years in a SaaS Professional Services or sales environment working directly with service offerings
- All other requirements necessary for this position
