Job Summary
A customer success platform company is in need of a Remote Onboarding and Implementations Solutions Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Enhance the company platform with tools and features that streamline the onboarding experience for our customers
- Participate in customer discovery calls to advise potential customers on their company implementation and integration
- Build customer-facing tools that improve the customer experience, especially during their initial company implementation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or solutions/sales engineering
- 1+ year experience with SQL (we use Postgres)
- 2+ years experience working with modern web tooling. Javascript is a must
- Strong debugging skills across the entire stack, from the database to the front end
- Strong communicator and writer - the ability to discuss and document solutions to complex problems for a non-technical audience
