Job Summary

A company that provides hiring services for medical scribe positions is in need of a Remote Onboarding Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Screening, hiring and training scribe candidates
• Ensuring candidate pipelines are established and well maintained for all programs
• Sourcing/filtering applications, scheduling interviews, and managing all hiring functions for assigned teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of college experience required
• Previous scribe and/or recruiting experience necessary
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of the scribe position and its job functions
• Must work well in a team atmosphere and communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Possess the ability to exercise good judgement when completing interviews
