Remote Onboarding Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Onboarding Curriculum Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and incorporating exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and other methods of learning into all curricula
• Designing, developing, testing, launching and evaluating internal training curricula and content
• Using program management skills and tools to independently manage multiple small to medium scale projects

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training curricula and content
• Proven expertise in modern course development and delivery methods and tools
• Ability to apply adult learning principles and incorporate this into curriculum design and development
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Strong familiarity with curriculum development methodologies and adult learning theories
