A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Onboarding Customer Experience Representative in Houston.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face
- Follow established troubleshooting procedures
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, and mouse
- High School or Equivalent
- Generally requires 0-2 years related experience
