Job Summary
A venture-funded financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Onboarding Learning and Development Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively connecting with partners to clear up ambiguities in our compliance rules
- Maintaining a list of new customer onboarding-related knowledge base documents
- Conducting weekly quality control audits and draft audit findings reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have or be willing to gain an encyclopedic knowledge of the onboarding process
- Have at least one year of experience managing knowledge base documentation.
- Love problem solving and making teams, product, and processes more efficient
- Pay extremely close attention to detail
- Be adaptable and professional in the face of team and company-wide changes
