Job Summary

A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Onboarding Learning Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the onboarding team to deliver orientation and eLearning for new employees
• Support the new hire orientation program manager in providing an impactful onboarding experience
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of programs, collateral, and communications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A productivity expert, driven, focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Superior customer service orientation with strong follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess data, identify actionable insights, and present findings
• Familiarity with virtual training and meeting tools and an aptitude in working with new technology or systems
• Experience collaborating effectively with a team and other internal and external stakeholders
