A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Onboarding Manager.

  • Managing a team of candidate care experts
  • Designing touch points to keep candidates engaged prior to their first day
  • Managing responses to questions from candidates about their onboarding

Qualifications Include:

  • Significant candidate care or customer service experience, especially in a global environment
  • Strong track record of program management that measures and delivers results
  • Strong cross-functional partnership experience with high level of credibility and influence
  • Work well under pressure, deliver to deadlines, adapt to change, and operate
  • 5+ years of candidate experience, onboarding, and/or customer service experience
