Job Summary
An educational services provider is filling a position for a Remote Onboarding Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing and prioritizing work effectively
- Training and onboarding new faculty and partners on the IHP system prior to program implementation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 5 -7 years experience developing training material for instructor-led and computer-based training
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Ability to train and adapt technical information to users at varying levels of technical capabilities
- Intermediate skill level with Windows OS, and Google Suite
