Remote Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist to enhance patient engagement through medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve key performance metrics
• Educate patients and facilities about the company's services and manage the patient assessment process

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST, with occasional Saturdays
• Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months
• Must have completed training sessions and assessments
• Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload speed is required
