Remote Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve key performance metrics
• Manage patient assessment processes and maintain accurate records for team communication

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST
• Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months
• Completion of training sessions and active participation in assessments is required
