Job Summary

A developer of tools and resources used by college officials has an open position for a Remote Onboarding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as an onboarding project leader while owning the overall implementation and success of new Customers
  • Understand business needs, business setup, data migration, integrations provisioning and configuration, etc
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and deliver on customer needs driving towards the success of their students

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology
  • Experience with Salesforce or other technology platforms
  • Driven
  • Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work
  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field
