Job Summary

A healthcare technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Onboarding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Educate the vendors of the onboarding/offboarding process
• Ensure Third Party Workforce packages and templates are distributed as required
• Facilitates the on boarding and off boarding processes with vendors to ensure background check, drug screening and required training is complete before resource starts

Required Skills:

• Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu 1+ years onboarding experience
• Previous experience working in business-oriented environment
• Experience in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a procurement role, a plus
• Ability to grant system access to contractors upon completion of onboarding requirements
• Ability to support the due diligence of vendors by updating reports to ensure onboarding requirements are completed by the vendor
